King's Daughter's Kitchen

I gave birth to a daughter who became infamous with her boyfriend after murdering my two year old granddaughter. My baby girl changed her own soiled diaper and somehow had a concussion and pneumonia afterward. Thoughts chill my soul and make me want to vomit. All their faces monopolized the news and papers for days. The newspeople never spoke to me. Now, years later, the media is silent.

In February, the District Attorney will try again to seat a jury. The ugly circus will renew. My nightmares never have stopped. The first time the D.A. questioned potential jury members, no jury was seated. I heard gossip that too many said, “Let them out.We’ll take care of it. Save the town money.” So, the trial was postponed.

Soon after, Covid came. The murderers sat in jail, and we waited. The court reduced bail and released them on probation. Next, a lawyer did something disgusting, illegal, and sick, and was replaced. After that, the judge retired, and the D.A. went to jail for theft. So we wait. I guess I have met a lot of infamous people and just taken it in stride. God didn’t cause any of it, but He will use it to put together the right D.A., lawyers, judge, and juries. He will choose the times for two separate trials that both end with just verdicts. He works all things for my good.
