What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?
1. Jesus – I want my writing, my life really, to make people thirsty for Jesus.
2. Joy – I saw a bumper sticker somewhere that said, “If you’re living like there is no Hell, you better be right.” Eternity truly is forever, but we also don’t have to wait until we get to Heaven to have joy, not temporarily happiness, but deep-down, life changing, long lasting joy. I want people to have real joy.
3. Health – Bible-based eating, especially the Daniel diet, is healthy, easy, and good. Taking care of our bodies, our temples of the Holy Spirit, God dwelling in us, is our responsibility. It should be a joyful part of our lives. Many people want better health, but they don’t know what to do, where to start, or who to believe. Good health is the best gift you can give yourself. Diet – (noun) the types of food a person habitually eats. This definition doesn’t say starvation. The idea of starving to become smaller comes from societal demands, not from our Creator God. Hurting ourselves to change what God made is saying to the Master of the Universe that His Artwork isn’t good. Everything God makes is good. Let our self perceptions come from His Word, the Bible, our Father’s love letter to our hearts. Want proof that He loves us? Read the Bible. Wherever it says “Thou,” which means you, place your name there and continue reading. Read for what it says, what it means, and what it means to you, to your heart. Everything we need, Jesus, joy, and health are in the pages of His Word. I want to share what I have learned about health, mind and body, from God’s love letter to my heart.
